What it means

The page declares canonicals pointing at different URLs. Faced with a contradiction, search engines ignore all of them.

Keep one canonical. This is nearly always a theme and a plugin both emitting one.

Where to find it in Truelint

Open the Issues pane on the right of the workspace and select Multiple Conflicting Canonicals. The grid filters to every affected URL and the detail pane shows the specific finding for each. Export the list with Export → Current view, or from the API:
