What it means

The URL returned a 4xx status. Search engines drop these from the index and any link equity pointing at them is wasted.

How to fix it

Restore the page, or 301 it to the closest equivalent. Then update the internal links that still point here — a redirect is a patch, not a fix.

Where to find it in Truelint

Open the Issues pane on the right of the workspace and select Client Error (4xx). The grid filters to every affected URL and the detail pane shows the specific finding for each. Export the list with Export → Current view, or from the API:
